Finza Terminal is a browser-based market terminal: live prices, global news, institutional positioning, an economic calendar, and an AI analyst on one screen. It exists because the tools that show you all of this in one place have historically cost more per month than most individual traders make in a good week.
What we're building
The idea is simple to say and hard to do: take the information a professional trading desk keeps on its screens — real-time quotes across stocks, forex, crypto and metals, the week's economic releases with consensus and actuals, CFTC positioning data, the portfolios of the world's most-watched fund managers, market-implied Fed rate odds — and put it in a browser, arranged around the tickers you choose, at no cost during our public preview. You pick your instruments, Finza builds the terminal: charts, filtered news, volume flow, and the macro context that explains why things move.
Alongside the live data, our Learn section publishes plain-language guides to the instruments the terminal tracks — how to read a COT report, what 13F filings can and can't tell you, how rate odds are computed from futures prices. The product shows you the data; the guides teach you to read it.
Who runs it
Finza Terminal is independently built and operated, founded and run by Felix Tan. It is not owned by a broker, a fund, or a data vendor, and nobody pays us to rank their asset higher. Development moves fast — the site ships improvements most days — and user reports genuinely steer the roadmap: a large share of what you see was built because someone emailed about it. Where the data comes from
Quotes and charts come from licensed market data providers. News is aggregated from established global outlets, always linked to the original source. COT positioning comes from the CFTC's weekly publication; whale portfolios from SEC EDGAR filings; rate probabilities from CME Fed Funds futures pricing. Full details are on the Help page.
One engineering rule shapes the whole product: wrong data is worse than no data. Where a feed is delayed, stale, or unavailable, the terminal says so plainly rather than showing a number we can't stand behind. Some data is old by nature — COT reports are always as of the previous Tuesday, 13F filings up to 45 days behind — and we label those ages instead of hiding them.
How the site is funded
The terminal is free during the public preview, supported by clearly-labeled advertising and referral partnerships. Every sponsored placement on the site is marked as an ad — no sponsored content is disguised as data or editorial. Paid plans (Pro, Max) may be introduced later, with pricing shown clearly before any charge.

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything; our disclaimer applies to every page, and markets carry real risk that no tool removes. We build the instruments; the decisions — and the responsibility for them — stay yours.
